Delivery Information

1. Proessing Time

  • We will endeavor to process orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. 
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Method and Costs

  • We offer standard shipping for all deliveries.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated according to delivery country, i.e. UK, Europe and Rest of World.
  • For international deliveries, customs fees or import duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Click and Collect is available at the London Clubhouse between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, please show your order confirmation on collection.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • UK Orders: Delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days.
  • European Orders: Delivery typically takes between 7-10 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and can take 10-20 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or delays from the carrier.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain items may be restricted from shipping to some regions due to size, weight, or import regulations. This applies to the gin which can only be shipped within the UK, and to umbrellas which cannot be shipped and must be collected from the London Clubhouse.

5. Missing or Delayed Orders

  • If your order is delayed, please check the tracking information provided. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier issues or customs processing.
  • If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at shop@rorc.org for assistance.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, and cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.

7. Delivery to a Third-Party Address

  • We can deliver to a third-party address (e.g., a gift recipient or office) provided the address is correctly entered during checkout.
  • Please ensure all delivery details are accurate to avoid delays or issues with your shipment.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible before dispatch. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
